- Apply for the CSQ or Permanent Residence in Quebec: TEFaQ
(Compulsory Oral Expression + Comprehension + Written Expression & Comprehension optional tests depending on whether the candidate wants to obtain additional points in his immigration file)
- Express Entry: TEF Canada
(4 inseparable tests = Written comprehension + Oral comprehension + Written expression + Oral expression)
- Application for Canadian Citizenship: TEF Canada
(2 inseparable tests = Oral comprehension + Oral expression)
- Immigration Consultants: TEF Canada
(4 inseparable tests = Written comprehension + Oral comprehension + Written expression + Oral expression) or TEF MCQ (3 inseparable tests = Written comprehension + Oral comprehension + Lexicon & structure) according to file with the ICCRC
- Study in French: TEF UdeM
(no Oral Expression – Written Comprehension + Oral Comprehension only for UdeM registration use: https://alcmontreal.com/inscription-tef-udem/ ) or others according to the language requirements of the College – possible up to 5 tests.
- Application for French nationality/naturalization (France only) : TEF Naturalization

- For people who use English in the job market and in everyday life: TOEIC
(The 2:00 multiple-choice test. Includes 100 questions for the speaking section and 100 questions for the written section.)
- English test, to obtain Canadian citizenship: CELPIP
General CELPIP (4 inseparable tests = Written comprehension + Oral comprehension + Written expression + Oral expression) CELPIP LS (2 inseparable tests = Oral comprehension + Oral expression)
- To enter an English-speaking university or Immigration Consultant: CAEL
(4 inseparable tests = Written comprehension + Oral comprehension + Written expression + Oral expression)
- BRIGHT is one of the few tests that takes place online from A to Z.
