Le TEFaQ is a version adapted to Quebec from TEF (French Evaluation Test). This is the test required by the Ministry of Immigration and Cultural Communities of Quebec for people wishing to emigrate to Quebec. Its objective is to assess the skills in oral comprehension and oral expression according to the levels indexed by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CECRL) and on the Quebec scale of French proficiency levels of adult immigrants (EQNCF ).
The oral comprehension test includes 60 issues for a total of 360 point and of a duration of 40 minutes. The test oforal expression As for 25 minutes, it includes two topics to be treated in the form of role plays for a total of 450 points. In the first section, you will need to gather information and ask questions, and then you will present a document and make an argument. For the TEFaQ possibility to pass 4 tests by adding the two optional tests: written expression and comprehension.
